As an INFJ man myself, I’m going to shed some new light on INFJ dating. Whether you are a man or a woman, I encourage you to put aside any preconceptions you may have and read this article all the way through. It might be a game changer for you.
To start off, it’s helpful to know if you yourself, or the INFJ you are dating has something called “highly sensitive physiology” (HSP).
Commonly known as “high sensitivity”, and sometimes called “the highly sensitive person”, HSP is a special kind of physiology that about 20-30% of the population has. Whether you are an INFJ yourself, or dating one, becoming aware of whether or not high sensitivity is at play in the relationship will be a rewarding process.

It can be particularly difficult for men with highly sensitive physiology to even look at the subject of high sensitivity. There are various reasons for this, and some men may have been wounded when they were young, being told they were “too sensitive.”
